Boco ADU is a Boulder County company working toward a local program for factory-built accessory dwelling units. Today the public side of this business is an education site: we publish the ADU rules for the City of Boulder and unincorporated Boulder County, sourced and dated, and we keep them current.

Alongside that we are building a picture of real demand in Boulder County. Homeowners who sign up tell us where their property is, what kind of unit they have in mind, what size and what timeline. We hold that as aggregated, de-identified demand data: how many households in each jurisdiction are waiting, what they are waiting for, and what is blocking them.

If you build, manufacture or install small homes and want to understand this market, we are happy to share that picture. It contains no names, no addresses and no contact details, and it never will — see our privacy policy for exactly what we do and do not share.

We are not currently selling anything, we do not represent any manufacturer, and we name no products on this site. When that changes we will say so plainly, and the rules content will stay free.
